The General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministries, Apostle Johnson Suleman, has reportedly uncovered the identity of the hands behind blog, Gistlover.

This is coming days after the blogger accused Suleman of having an affair with multiple nollywood actresses and female celebrities.

In his reaction, Suleman denied the allegations, slammed Gistlover and vowed that he would not be coward into silence by a 'nameless' publisher.

He promised to bring the blogger he classified as 'blackmailer' down and end his 'blackmailing enterprise' and bring him to book.

Nigerian Doctor Charged For Being part of the allerged Harvesting of organs

A doctor has been accused of plotting with a wealthy Nigerian senator and his wife to traffic a homeless man into the UK to harvest a kidney for their daughter, a court heard today. 

Obinna Obeta, 50, from Southwark, south London, is charged under the Modern Slavery Act with arranging the travel of a 21-year-old man with a view to him being exploited between August last year and this May. 

A second charge alleges he conspired with 60-year-old Ike Ekweremadu - a barrister and former deputy president of the Nigerian Senate - to arrange or facilitate the travel of the man with a view to him being exploited, namely organ harvesting.

It is alleged Ike Ekweremadu, 60, a district senator and lawyer, and his wife, Beatrice Nwanneka Ekweremadu, 55, brought the 21-year-old man from Nigeria to the UK.

Prosecutors claim they planned to have his kidney removed so it could be given to their daughter.

The man is said to have refused to consent to the procedure after undergoing tests at the Royal Free Hospital in Hampstead, north-west London.

The couple deny wrongdoing or that there was a criminal conspiracy, and claim no exploitation occurred.

He was charged with arranging or facilitating travel of another person with a view to exploitation and conspiring together with Ike Ekweremadu to arrange or facilitate the travel of another person with a view to exploitation.

Prosecutor Tim Probert-Wood said previously that the case involved 'exploitation and the harvesting of an organ.'

'The case began on 5 May 2022 when the complainant presented himself at Staines Police Station and claimed he had been transported to this country for the purpose of his kidney being removed.

If He Didn't Kill Her Why Did He Run Away

 Man arrested for allegedly beating his pregnant wife to death and creating a fake suicide scene.

The Edo State Police Command has arrested an alleged  woman beater, Vincent Emmanuel, over the death of his 5-months pregnant wife in Benin City, Edo State.

Vincent, and his wife, Cynthia Emmanuel have being married since 2019 and they were expecting their third child before the unfortunate incident occurred. 

It was gathered that after allegedly beating his wife to death, on Sunday morning, July 17, Vincent tried to stage a fake suicide scene by hanging her with a rope. He thereafter took photos and videos of her and sent to his mother-in-law. 

According to a source, “The suspect was in the habit of physically abusing his wife even when she was pregnant. He ran away after he sent the photos and videos to his mother-in-law. But he was later tracked down by the police and was taken into custody.  

He is believed to have beaten her to death and staged her alleged suicide to escape arrest.”

Veteran actress Mrs. Oluwasolamipe Onayiga, who played the role of Ireti in Kunle Bantefa’s popular soap Fuji House of Commotion, has died.

The actress who was popularly known for her comic role in the now rested show died at about 3.45am today July 18.

Baba Ijesha sentenced to Jail

 Baba Ijesha jailed 16 years for sexuaI assauIt of 14-year-old girl

Justice Oluwatoyin Taiwo of the Ikeja Domestic Violence and Sexual Offences Court on Thursday sentenced a Nollywood actor, Olanrewaju Omiyinka, aka Baba Ijesha, to 16 years imprisonment.

Baba Ijesha is facing six counts of child defilement that include indecent treatment of a child, sexual assault, attempted sexual assault by penetration and sexual assault by penetration.

The Lagos State Directorate of Public Prosecutions, which proffered the charges against the actor, argued that the offences contravene Section 135, 137, 261, 202, 262 and 263 of the Lagos State Criminal Law 2015, which stipulates life imprisonment for offenders.

Baba Ijesha pleaded not guilty to all the counts. However, a Closed-Circuit Television video recording detailing his relationship with the victim said to be a minor was played in court.

Delivering the judgement, Justice Taiwo said that the prosecution failed to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the defendant is guilty of all the charges against him.

However, she found the defendant guilty of four of the six counts against him.

Baba Ijesha was found guilty of count two, three, four and five.

For count two, he was jailed for three years; count three, five years; count four, three years and sentenced five years for count five. The justice said the jail terms are to run concurrently for five years.

A 12year Old was defiled by an aspirant Opoke Kelechi

The Human Rights Defenders (HURIDE) Has This To Say the 12year old girl (name withheld) and her mother are tenants in  the house owned by Barr Kelechi's mother. The house is located around Haraca junction, Abakaliki Ebonyi State.

 That Barr Opoke is said to be living in Abuja but frequents Abakaliki. In all his comebacks to Abakaliki,  he normally stays in his mother's compound around the Haraca junction where the victim and her mother also lives. 

In the afternoon of the fateful date(Wednesday, 6th July 2022), the little girl had returned from school when Barr Opoke gave her a phone to help him charge in the girl's apartment. Both Kelechi and the little girl are from Izzi land of Ebonyi State .

That that shortly after that, Barr Kelechi went knocking on her door in the guise that he had come to collect his phone. So, as the unsuspecting girl opened door to see who was knocking, Barr Kelechi dashed into the room, swooped down on the girl, tore her wears and devoured her sexually in a most inhumane manner.

 That Barr Kelechi Opoke , after the alleged sexual assault on the child dropped for her, a bottle of RC coke and a note of #1,000. He also promised to buy her a phone and to give her a cash of #5,000 if she did not tell her mother. He was said to have threatened to kill her if she dares tell her mother of what happened,Soaked in her blood on their bed, the little girl, amidst fear and shame refused to come outside until her mother came back from market and met her crying on their bed, conspicuously soaked in blood. Her mother inquired to know what had happened and the child opened up and narrated how it all happened between her and Barr Kelechi Opoke . The mother wept bitterly and reached out for help.

That in the evening of the said date, some security operatives came to arrest the lawyer but on sighting them, he raced like a rabbit but was given a very hot chase by the gallant security men and the was successfully apprehended and bundled into the trunk of a security van.

That the embattled randy lawyer tried futily to put up some defence but ended up contradicting and indicting himself the more. The lawyer is still in custody and will be arraigned as soon as all investigation avenues are satisfactorily exhausted.

That series of medical screenings have been conducted on both the little girl and the randy lawyer. However, some test results are out while some are being awaited. All the available results are in agreement with the child's teary account.That HURIDE condemns in strong terms the wanton violation of such a minor by a know legal pundit of Barr Opoke's standing. 

Therefore, HURIDE, GBV Team, NHRC, HRCRC and other partnering CSOs in Ebonyi State and beyond are strongly interested in the matter will ensure it is followed to its logical and transparent conclusion. The Anambra State governor, Charles Soludo, has confirmed it authorized the demolition of the church of popular Pastor Chukwuemeka Odumeje.

In a press release signed on his behalf by his Chief Press Secretary, Christian Aburime, Gov Soludo said Odumeje's church and other buildings marked for demolition failed to comply with the government directive to remove the illegal structure built on waterway.

The press released with the title: Anambra State Government begins demolition of illegal structures in Fegge, reads

“Following the expiration of the more than two weeks notice beginning from April 2022 served on developers and building owners who built several illegal structures along the waterway in Fegge and environs within Onitsha, Anambra state government has begun demolition of such structures.

The exercise which is being carried out by a joint government task force, commenced the exercise from Bida Road by Modebe Avenue, Fegge Onitsha.

The affected buildings include Mountain of Holy Ghost Intervention Deliverance Ministries, shops and other perimeter fences

The structures were marked since April, 2022 and all developers and building owners were served notice to remove such illegal structures''

Recall, that a female mu

tilated corpse, suspected  to be that of a corps member, was dumped under P.W Bridge, Kubwa, in the early hours of Monday, June 20.

Police operatives attached to the Federal Capital Territory Command arrested the suspects hours after a tricycle rider reported that he conveyed the three sacks used in concealing the remains of the victim and those of the animals.

A source who spoke to Daily Trust said, “The son lied to the tricycle rider that the sacks were scraps and asked him to take them to the PW Bridge dumping site. The rider charged him N1,000.

It was the following morning after the baban bola (scavengers) broke the bags in their usual search for items that they discovered the contents and alerted people. The information got to the tricycle rider and he voluntarily led the police to the church.

They were both arrested and the church building sealed by police operatives.”

A Woman Gave Birth To Twins In My Car

On my way to work this morning, I saw a pregnant woman standing by the road side, from the look on her face, she was in severe pain, ( labour pain ) .

She must have spent some time at the junction waiting for taxi, but it seem no taxi was willing to carry her in such condition.

while she was in pain, some other women were comforting her, the gathering of people caught my attention.

I drove past them, on a second thought, I reversed and offer to give her a lift to the hospital.

Why driving her to the hospital, she was restless, shouting and uncomfortable.

Honestly, I was dead scared. what will I tell people if anything goes wrong.

Her shouting became intense, before you could say madam, take it easy, She has given birth to a boy RIGHT IN MY CAR and she kept saying it's remaining another one.

At this point, I don't know if I should park or proceed to the hospital. But I was Dead. 😨😭

I had to muscle up all my safety training and first aid training to continue the journey, we arrived at the hospital safely, the nurses were very Swift in attending to her.

To the glory of God, within few minutes, she gave birth to the second boy.

The twins and the mother are doing very fine.

But me, am still in shock and dismay.

Each time I remembered how I drove , I just couldn't hold back the tears that rush down from my eyes.

Thank you , Almighty God for using me for this woman and her twins babies.

Paul Okoye's Wife Accuses Him Of Infidelity
