She Denied Me Sex As Her Husband - Kalu Ikeagwu

 

The veteran actor Kalu Ikeagwu while he was being interrogated at the court said 

"I got home from a trip on the 4th day of August only to come home to an empty house,My wife had left with the children to and undisclosed destination,Of course I tried contacting her immediately,sent her a mail which she replied saying she has gone with the children to Enugu"

"she told me she went to her father's house in Enugu according to the mail she sent but I ran into her four days later in Lagos at the airport precisely" he added 

Ikeagwu debunked the claims that he sent his wife and kids parking and failed to provide for them,Instead He accused her of pouring him water while he slept and refusing him sex .

The actor also noted that he wasn't aware of any pregnancy being lost due to STIs while they were together as it was part of the accusations laid in the court.

"Although I didn't ask her why she lost the baby but I'm not aware of any lost of pregnancy due to STIs neither have I seen any report attached to a document that she lost a baby due to STDs. She has refused to have sex with me since the birth of our son"

"The last time I sent money to my wife for upkeep for the children was November 2021 because she failed to acknowledge me as the father of my stepdaughter,which was after she accused me of wanting to sleep with the little girl. And she failed to acknowledge the money I sent her"

Ikeagwu went ahead to seek custody of the Children because he heard the wife will be relocating them soon. Ikeagwu also said the reason he sought revocation of guidance earlier was because the wife turned the stepdaughter against him and I felt she wants to use me, He pleaded with the judge to look at the precedence on how he has treated the girl from the beginning.  

The presiding court Justice Christopher Balogun had earlier ordered the children to play with their father in court and asked the respondent to place the evidence of the children's tuition fees in court.

"According to child's right act you cannot deny the children quality education because you have a misunderstanding with their mother. As the judge ,if I grant you divorce and your wife stays in Enugu and you stay in Lagos, why should I grant you custody of the 10 year old girl when her mother is very much alive? "

He judge also added that it is not the wealth of the father that children of that age need but the care and attention of their biological mother.

The only time a woman won't be considered to be given custody of her girl child is when she's mentally derailed or infidelity is involved. For instance the girl child begins her monthly flow as a father you might not know exactly what to do because it's a delicate time in a girls life..She will be needing all the motherly care and support she can get as you have stated earlier,You are an actor and you travel regularly.

The judge adjourned the case to June 23rd for continuation of hear.
